Elevate Issue 2: LA

The second zine in the Elevate Series showcases some of the work I saw on my trip to LA last spring. This was my first time visiting LA and LOVED IT! Not only were the streets GRILLED (took me back to Detroit 2013). But I was also able to see my favs n friends work in their natural habitat. It also opened my eyes to new talent I haven't explored.
About this issue, it's 90 color pages, perfect bound of graff I saw during my stay in LA. I not only took flics during the day, but also at night. When looking back thru all my shots it occurred to me...I should feature BOTH; day and nights flics. This isn't something I've done in the past. However I was no stranger to creating a double sided issue; City Limits Issue 7 was double sided.
I introduce to you, Elevate #2; where the day and night meet.
The day side has all day flics. It also includes an interview with VERSUZ KOG/LTS when we grill em (lol) under the Spotlight and ask em a few questions. His photo gallery takes you on a tour thru a few cities I've seen Versuz paint.
The night side has all night flics. It also includes an interview with Buge BAMC/VS when we grill em (lol) under the Spotlight and ask em a few questions. I was lucky enough to go out on a couple night missions with Buge and his crewmates during my stay. His gallery includes some of those action shots from those nights.
Each cover is uniquely done by having a different logo on each which corresponds with the writer that is interviewed on that side.

I want to thank Versuz and Buge for collaborating with me to make this a fun project.
Also, thank you to all my close friends for your support!
Lastly, I wanna shoutout EVERY photog in LA!
It's not an easy city to flic! Mad props to all yall!!
